ISC Names Telecom Industry Luminary To Board of Directors

Board Appointment Underscores ISC's Leadership Position in Rapidly Growing Contact Center Workforce Management Market

Mr. Barbera is one of the best-known and respected managers in the international telecom community. He is the former president and CEO of Bell Atlantic International, Inc., and chairman and CEO of Bell Atlantic Investment Development Companies. Mr. Barbera was also CEO of American Bell and Chief Technology and Engineering Officer of Bell Atlantic. In addition, he held various senior management positions at AT&T, where he was known as a pioneer in meeting customer needs with emerging technologies.
